- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Payroll or AR Collections in Latam countries
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in German

Náplň práce

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join a fast-paced Payroll operations team. This is not just an average payroll position; it requires exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.

Job description:

- Calculate and process payslips
- Notify and follow up on any outstanding overpayments or receivables
- Address and resolve customer inquiries related to overpayments and receivables.
- Support employees by resolving their payroll-related queries.
- Collaborate with various stakeholder teams to identify the root causes of overpayments or receivables and communicate these details to employees.
- Partner closely with Payroll Operations to enhance the employee experience and improve the effectiveness of collections.
