Požadujeme
Must-Have:- Business or engineering university degree
- Experience in budget planning, pricing, and dealer support
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in digital platform development or implementation
- TQM analysis capability (Continuous Improvement - Kaizen)
- Proven analytical skills
- High level of MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in specialized software (Business Objects/other database handling)
- Basic marketing experience
- Proficiency in social media utilization for customer communication
Nice to Have:
- After Sales (sales parts) experience
- Project management and budget administration experience
- Practical experience with DMS utilization
- Database management skills

Join a Team as an CRM and Commercial Operations Specialist!Are you passionate about the automotive industry and ready to take on a dynamic role? We are looking for a skilled professional to manage customer data, ensure GDPR compliance, and develop and implement CRM and other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
→ Manage Customer Data:
- Oversee GDPR consent and manage GDPR SAR cases
- Respond to data requests and provide analysis and reporting
→ Develop and Implement Systems:
- Manage and develop dealer CRM systems
- Implement and develop programs (e.g., eVHC)
- Implement and develop DMS strategy and data connections
- Implement, develop, or enhance systems like CDB, CRM and DMS
→ Handle Customer Cases:
- Address customer related cases
→ Advise on Operational Challenges:
- Advise management on operational difficulties and develop alternative plans
- Identify and communicate the need for new or amended procedures
- Ensure ongoing operational efficiency in line with organizational and market needs
→ Plan and Report on Projects
→ Create and Implement Marketing Strategies
