Požadujeme

- Relocation to Košice region in Slovak Reoublic
- Technical bachelor’s degree or at least +5 years of relevant
experience
- Experience from running production in car manufacturing for instance Stamping,
Mega Casting, Body, Paint, Assembly, Battery Assembly or Engine assembly will be
highly meritorious.
- Global and strategic mindset. You should act as a role model for our “VCC culture and behaviour mindset “. You need extensive collaboration, networking and argumentation skills but also deep knowledge in process design.
- Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken, as well have the flexibility to
travel to some of our Global sister plants.

Náplň práce

- Oversee the maintenance operations of the BIW workshop, ensuring the equipment and machinery function smoothly to support continuous production.

Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Lead and train the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and production goals.

- Monitor and control the maintenance budget, ensuring that repair and replacement activities are cost-effective.

Collaborate with the production and engineering departments to address urgent issues and implement strategies for improving overall operational reliability.
